- Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing & TechnologyCenter (RIA-JMTC) intends to negotiate on sole source basis ICAM Technologies, 5495 El Arbol, Carlsbad, CA 92008 for Virtual Machine Development License; machine tool simulation only, Annual maint enance and support services for Virtual Machine Development License; machine tool simulation only, Virtual Machine Dedicated License for special machines; machine tool simulation sequence for Mazak Integrex Multi-Axis mill/turn e410 HS, Annual Maintenance and support services for virtual machine dedicated license for special machines; machine tool simulation sequence for Mazak Integrex Multi-Axis mill/turn e410 HS, and Virtual Machine Training Course. Acquisition is being conducted under the authority of F AR 6.302-1- Only one responsible source and no other supplies/services will satisfy the agency requirement. This notice is neither a request nor an invitation for quote. However, all information received by the close of business on 9/18/05 will be consi dered by the government. Information received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this w ill be entirely at the discretion of the Government. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in preparation of responses to this announcement.
