- FORT RICHARDSON ARMY COMMUNITY SERVICE FAMILY ADVOCACY PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES GENERAL: The Contractor will provide administrative services to the Fort Richardson Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP). Extensive sources of information (listed in C.1.2.2 through C.1.2.18) are available If existing guidelines cannot be app lied, the Contractors employee will refer the matter to the FAP Manager (FAPM). All work is evaluated for conformance to applicable standards, policy, guidelines and regulations. Completed work is evaluated for technical soundness in conformity to polic y, guidelines, and regulations, appropriateness, and effectiveness in meeting goals. The Army FAP is a prevention program with the primary mission to educate the community and prevent family violence. The Contractor shall perform administrative services For the purpose of this contract, the term Contractor personnel applies to Contractor employee, sub-contractor, or any other person(s) acting for, or on behalf of the Contractor to perform work on this contract. The Contractors services shall include a dministrative services as outlined in the following statement of work (SOW). The Contractor shall upon direction from the FAPM, ACSO or COR initiate telephone, electronic, mail, and personal contact with Soldiers, family members, and commanders, as well as both military and civilian medical, legal, social service, criminal justice systems, and other personnel who have business with ACS and the FAP. The Contractor will provide services in accordance with applicable Department of Defense (DOD) and Department of the Army (DA) regulations and policies, to be listed herein. The Contractor shall also abide by all applicable Federal, state and local law, r egulations, policies, procedures, codes, and directives as specified in this contract. The Contractor shall prepare and provide required reports, statistics, and submit necessary information as specified in this contract. This contract is a non-personal services contract.
