- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quote number is F2V3865255A100. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials in accordance with the list below. Please quote per the line items below. Offers must be Mercury brand name only. Additionally, all offerors must be within a 25-mile radius of Macdill AFB. ITEM 1: Quantity = 3: New Mercury 250XL Verado Include the following Optional Items: Single Box Kit, Hydrolic Str Kit, Data Harness, STR Hoses Kit, Rigging Tube Kit, Bulkhead Kit for STR, (Z) SC1000 Tach/Speed Kit, SS Prop mirage plus all supplies, STR fluid battery cable, Battery cable, console to stern ITEM 2: Rigging ITEM 3: Any other shipping and installation This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 713930. The size standard is $6M (Not to Exceed). Proposals must list the DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN. All offerors must be registered with CCR. You can check to see if you?re registered by going to www.ccr.gov . All contractors doing business with the federal government must be registered in CCR. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES: The following FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses apply: 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial. In accordance with 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, offers will be evaluated based on price, technical acceptability, and past performance records.
