- The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with BLUE HORIZON DEVELOPMENT 1247 NORTH CHURCH STREET SUITE 5 MOORESTOWN, NJ 08057 for the purchase of MAINTENANCE AND SOFTWARE SUPPORT FOR GEDAE DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT for a Period of Performance from 01 Oct 05 through 30 Sep 06. The reason for the sole source intent is because BLUE HORIZON DEVELOPMENT SOFTWARE is the only source that distributes the GEDAE development environment license directly. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received (quote with specifications) will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The NAICS code is 811212. This procurement shall be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).
