- Subject: Air Armament Symposium 2005 Description: The President of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), Gulf Coast Chapter, and the Program Executive Officer for Weapons and Commander, Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB FL will co-host the 31st Air Armament Symposium at the Emerald Coast Conference Center in Ft Walton Beach, FL on 4 - 5 October 2005. Since inception, the Symposium has grown significantly in both attendance and importance. The 31st Symposium will feature prominent, eminently qualified speakers discussing topics vital to national and international defense interests. The Air Armament Symposium is an outstanding opportunity for us to continue to strengthen our relationships, fosters an excellent exchange of information with senior leaders in the air armament business, and provides information to our government and industry partners on future Air Armament Center business opportunities. We encourage your involvement in this important event which includes domestic and international business participation, as well as international military participation. There will be a social at the Emerald Coast Conference Center in the exhibit area on 4 October. Various air armament displays and industry exhibits will be available for viewing. Additionally, we will host a social at the Air Force Museum on 5 October, where you will have an opportunity to see the rich history of Air Force Armament and visit with our local leaders. The Air Force Association (AFA) will host a golf tournament on 6 & 7 October, at the Eglin Golf Course open to Symposium attendees.
