- Description
- The Government intends to procure the following pieces of equipment: 1) Quantity: 3 EA, Diesel Generator Set in a sound attenuated enclosure, completely self contained, on a 28? flatbed trailer (but removable). 277/480 volts with integral switch to accomplish easy voltage change. Unit shall have two circuit breakers, one rated for 240 volt operation and one rated for 480 volt operation. Unit shall have internal 500 gallon double-walled diesel fuel tank with the appropriate vents and leak detection. Unit shall have internal exhaust system with no external muffler required. Total height of trailer and generator shall not exceed 12 foot ? 6 inches. Open access cable ports, external fuel ports required. The container shall be pre-wired with lights, receptacles, battery charger, jacket water heaters, and motorized louvers connected to a loadcenter. One side entry door required for access. 2) Quantity: 2 EA, Diesel Generator Set in a sound attenuated enclosure, completely self contained, on 28? flatbed trailer (but removable) 500-KW Cummins/Onan, 2400/4160 volt output with integral circuit breaker and 200 amp bushing wells for connection of loadbreak elbows. Unit shall have internal 500 gallon double-walled diesel fuel tank with appropriate vents and leak detection. Unit shall have internal exhaust system with no external muffler required. Total height of trailer and generator shall not exceed 12 ft ? 6inches. Open access cable ports, external fuel ports. The container shall be pre-wired with lights, receptacles, battery charger, jacket water heaters, and motorized louvers connected to a loadcenter. One side entry door shall be required for access. 3) Quantity: 16 EA, Connector, Electrical Loadbreak Elbow for Terminating High Voltage Cable, 200 amp, 15 ? Kv, 1/0 AWG. 4) Quantity: 1000 Ft, Cable; Flexible diesel locomotive cable (DLO) 535 kcmil, 2000 volt insulation 5) Quantity: 16 EA, Crimp-on-Lugs, Spade type for 535 kcmil DLO cable. 2-hole at ?? diam. Each. Burndy part # YAZ382NT38FX-535.3-2H or equal 6) Quantity: 16 EA, Crimp-on Lugs, Pin Type for 535 kcmil DLO cable. Burndy part # BURYE38P71X142FX or equal 7) Quantity: 1000 EA, Cable, 15 ?kv, Extruded Polyethylene Rubber (EPR), 1/0 AWG Aluminum, 133% insulation. 8) Quantity: 2 EA, Transformer, oil-filled, padmount, 750-kVA, 4160 volt delta primary-480/277 volt wye secondary. Dead-front with 200 amp bushing inserts included.
