- ACC CONS Contracting Squadron, Langley AFGB, VA intends to solicit on a sole source basis the purchase of American Society for Quality Organizational Membership for up to 250 memberships, to American Society for Quality, 600 North Plankinton Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53201. This membership will be used to provide integrated program managers, functional managers, suppliers and quality assurance personnel web-based networking services such as access to membership electonric articles, journals and reports. Statutory authority for this sole source purchase as implemented by FAR 13.501(a)(1).
