- Description
- The Contractor will provide Home IV Infusion Therapy Services for the VAMC Louisville, 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206. Infusion therapies shall include TPN, antibiotic, antiviral and antifungal therapy, antienoplastic chemotherapy, pain/sympton management, hydration fluid/electrolyte replacement and other intravenous/subcutaneious (IV/SQ) drugs. Skilled nursing services will be required for antienoplastic chemotherapy. The contractor will be required to work with the VA contractor for Skilled Nursing services. The solicitation package will be available o/a September 16, 2005 at the following website: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa This is a nonrestrictive commercial items procurement. The following clauses and provisions plus any addendum apply: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, 52.212-2 Evaluations, 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications, 52.212-4 Terms and Conditions and 52.212-5 Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes and Executive Orders.
