Contractor will furnish all labor, parts, travel, expenses, semi-annual preventive maintenance, unlimited emergency calls, and unlimited repair services, for the equipment listed, at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System, West Campus, 215 Perry Hill Road, Montgomery, AL 36109-3798. PM Service will include necessary adjustments and repairs to ensure that doors are operating properly and safely in accordance with the American National Standard.
