- THE SOLICITATION NUMBER FOR THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM SP0407-05-R-3821 TO SPM407-06-R-0005. IQC05258009005 DIRECTLY CORRESPONDS TO RD05182001. RD051820010000, NSN 1680-01-437-1181, Harness Assembly (LH). Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Manufacture I.A.W. East-West Industries Inc, Cage 30941, P/N 32E690-1. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual demand quantity of 151 each for the base year and 160 each for the option years. Navy CSI applies. 240 Days ARO, Destination. Other than full and open, only one source, intended source Cage 30941. Note 22 applies. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
