Award will be based on Best Value Procedures, using price, delivery and past performance as factors. The solicitation will be placed on the DSCP Procurement Gateway found at:http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home/ and will be sent to interested parties. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the DSCP. Source inspection will be required. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using Part 12. Note 26 applies.
