- 21 NSNs in FSC 8110 with fully competitive item descriptions. The lead NSN is 8110-00-030-7780 with an AEQ of 25,000 ea. The total estimated dollar value (inclusive of options) is $9,890,000.00. The acquisition is for a 5 year Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) that will be conducted under the authority of FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items). The contract period is for 2 base years with 3 option years. The requested delivery will be IPG 01 - 2 days, IPG 02 - 5 days, IPG 03 - 14 days, and stock - 30 days. The acquisition contains a guaranteed minimum of 10% of the annual estimated quantity, an EPA of 10%, and will be issued on an FOB destination basis. Best Value Source Selection procedures will be utilized with technical merit being more important than price. This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY.
