- QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1. Do the Doors currently have tags? A. Some doors have existing tags however the numbers are not correct and thus will require new tags. 2. Exactly what data is to be populated by us? A. The contractor shall populate the new key control software with the new master keying data. That will include the door number, how the door is keyed (i.e.: key code AABA), and initial issue of keys to Kennedy Center staff. The key holder list shall be provided to the contractor in electronic format so the contractor can either cut and paste or data file transfer the information to the new key holder database. THE TIME FOR QUESTIONS IS NOW CLOSED. The due date for proposals remains 12:00 p.m. EST on September 21, 2005. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-SEP-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
