The entire scope of work was reviewed with minimal questions. 2. KA advised that the basis of selection of the equipment is Ingersoll-Rand (IR), Nirvana, VSD controlled, 150 HP compressed air systems. Kobelco, Gardner-Denver or others can be used too if they are judged equal by KA?s office. The drier listed is also IR; the contractor may also use Hankison for driers and filters equally. 3. KA advised on the procedures required for the bid submission to NYFSO. 4. KA advised the contractor there would be no change to the bid due date even with the holiday on Monday. 5. There was a brief discussion regarding the number of bidders. It is assumed that the NYFSO printer notifies NYFSO of who purchases the bid documents. KA will be notified by NYFSO, so their office can follow up with faxing these minutes, any answers to RFI?s and any potential changes to the other bidders. KA to follow up with Fred Mohrmann to verify this procedure. 6. Agency asked who the roofer is- Contact: E. R. Barrett (Roofing Warranty) asphalt ? 3 ply modified. Tim - Phone 908-647-0100, cell 201-404-7663. 7. The three attendees went to the project site(s) and observed the existing conditions. All demolition and new work items shown on the bid documents were reinforced during the walkthrough. 8. Any future visits shall be scheduled with the facility at the numbers listed above. 9. There were no further questions. Any future correspondences for this project prior to the bid due date shall be provided to KA?s office by business day ending today.
