- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) RFQ HE6652-5165-1110 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). North American Industrial Classification Standard: 423210 (v) CLIN (0001) 50 EA - Two position Chair, solid hard wood, Light Oak in color, size is 31' H x 21' W x 24'D approx. Seat is cloth uphostry indigo in color or similar. (The sled bottom has a slight "V" shape to allow someone to lean back in the chair safely. ). CLIN (0002) 3 EA - Starter Unit -- Picture Book Shelf - sloped top 42" H x 37 1/2"W x 12" D approximately. Solid hard wood-light oak in color or similar. Single faced-two shelves. CLIN (0003) 15 EA - Add on units for the above shelves - same descriptions. CLIN (0004) 1 EA - Media Browser -- Holds up to 300 CDs, 240 DVDs, or 120 Videos. 30 1/2" H x 44 1/2" W x 22" D approximately. Top drawer is stationary and lower drawer slides out. (ix) The Provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition .The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the synopsis/solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
