- This synopsis shall serve as the Office of Administration's notice of intent to negotiate a contract with the Associated Press for online subscriptions to AP MegaStream, AP DataFeatures, Capital Transcripts, and AP Washington Report. The period of performance is 10/01/05 through 9/30/06 with four, one-year options. This is considered to be a sole source procurement, since the publications are exclusive and copyrighted to Associated Press. A solicitation does not exist and responses are not anticipated. See Note 22.
