NAICS Code: 541720 Amendment 2: QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS QUESTION 1-Does EPA have a requirement on the type of software to be used for the database in Task 2? ANSWER 1 -No. This will be decided in consultation with the Contractor and the Work Assignment Manager. QUESTION 2-Can we assume no travel is necessary for this assignment? ANSWER 2 -No Travel will be necessary. QUESTION 3-Past Performance ? is EPA asking for actual written references from 3 customers, or just the information from the Offerors describing past performance? ANSWER 3-Refer to the past performance section of the Evaluation Criteria, that states"The following information is required for each reference: name, point of contact, phone number, contract/task order number, dollar value, period of performance, description of work" QUESTION 4-Is there a page limit on the quotation? ANSWER 4-No, but please try to limit to 50 pages. QUESTION 5-How many copies of the proposal does EPA want ANSWER 5- One hard copy and one electronic copy on CDR ( TWO copies total).
