- The purpose of this modification is to clarify that the RFP (N00024-05-NR-46527) posted on Friday, 09 September is a DRAFT RFP provided for industry review and comment. This is not the official request for proposal. All comments regarding the DRAFT RFP must be provided, in writing, to LT Christopher Archer no later than close of business 30 September 2005 at Christopher.archer1@navy.mil. The DRAFT RFP states in Section J that the SRD is available on an Electronic Reading Room. Please be aware that the referenced reading room is the CEDS Industry website and anyone who has previously requested and received an account and password already has access to the draft SRD. Anyone who has not previously requested access to the CEDS Industry website must provide the information shown below to LT Christopher Archer or Ms. Teresa McConahie at the email addresses listed in the DRAFT RFP.
