- The United States Fish and Wildlife Service plans to award using other than full and open competition to Watershed Sciences, Inc., 230 SW 3rd Street Suite 202, Corvallis, OR 97333, for the acquisition of airborne Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) and thermal infrared data (TIR) for a segment of the Bruneau River in southwest Idaho, for their geographic location, quality and ability to offer both segments of the technology.
