- The MEDCOM Europe Regional Contracting Office intends to award a contract using other than full and open competition procedures to Dolphin Imaging, 9200 Eton Ave., Chatsworth, 91311-1580 CA for the purchase of Orthodontic Diagnostic Software consisti ng of the following: 1 EA Imaging Plus; 1 EA Cephalometric Tracing and Analysis; 1 EA Treatment Planning; 12 EA Satellite Office; 1 EA Customer Care Package which includes 4 days of training on the software for approx. 30 individuals at Pulaski Barracks, Kaiserslautern, Germany, technical support and warranty; and shipping directly to the U.S. Hospital in Heidelberg, Germany.
