- TACOM Life Cycle Management Command-Rock Island intends to negotiate on sole source basis with Portico Technology Partners for Ontrack Maintenance Support services for 1 year(10/01/05 to 09/30/06) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1- Only one respons ible source and no other service will satisfy the agency requirement. This notice is neither a request nor an invitation for bid. However, all information received by the close of business on 9/19/05 will be considered by the government. Information rece ived will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this will be entirely at the discretion of the G overnment. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in preparation of responses to this announcement.
