- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement cons titutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is W9124R-05-T-0060. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05 dated 26 Aug 2005 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARs), 1998 edition, current to DCN 20050901. It is anticipated that payment will be made by Government Visa Credit Card. This ac quisition is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 337211 with a size standard of 500 employees. All bidders must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration. The proposal shall provide bids on Martin Furniture to include SETUP & DELIVERY at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground, AZ for the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS ): CLIN 0001 - one (1) each credenza part # 672, CLIN 0002 nine (9) each contemporary 4-drawer vertical file part# 204, CLIN 0003 - seven (7) each Waterfall 6-piece computer centers part # 690, CLIN 0004 - five (5) each Waterfall 2-drawer vertical files part # MRW 201, CLIN 0005 - three (3) each Waterfall 2-drawer lateral files part # MRW 450, CLIN 0006 - two (2) each Waterfall executive desks w/ left return & hutch part# 660, 664LR & 663, CLIN 0007 - three (3) each Waterfall executive desks w/right retu rn and hutch part # 660, 664RR & 663, CLIN 0008 - three (3) each contemporary executive desks w/left return and hutch part # 680, 684LR & 880, CLIN 0009 - two (2) each contemporary executive desks w/right return and hutch part # 680, 684RR & 880, CLIN 001 0 - two (2) each SKOG storage cabinets, 36 x 60 w/2 doors and adjustable shelves finish to match Martin Furniture. All proposals shall be clearly marked with RFQ # W9124R-05-T-0060 and emailed to Dale.Neal@yuma.army.mil or sent by facsimile to 928-328-6 849 no later than 8:00 AM MST, September 20, 2005. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government based on delivery, setup and price.
