Description: U.S. Army, White Sands Missile Range intends to award on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR .302-1, 1 each VISTA 50 ESLRF Laser to Lite Cycles, Inc. 2301 N. Forbes Blvd., Suite 111, Tucson, AZ 85745. Research has show that no other company has been able to produce the units specifications that are unique to this system. This is not a request for proposals and no solicitation will be forthcoming. See Note 22. (Any interested parties must respond by 4:00 PM MST September 19, 2005.
