Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACQUISITION. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE OFFER DUE DATE. Solicitation FA4620-05-Q-A091 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-05. NAICS Code is 333924. Small business size standard is 750 Employees. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-k. Fairchild AFB has a requirement for purchase and installation of a brand name or equal PB-12 underbody scraper blade listed in Attachment 1, Pricing Schedule, in accordance with Attachment 2, Statement of Work, both of which are incorporated as part of this solicitation and can be downloaded at link: http://www.eps.gov. Offerors submitting offers for products other than the Wausau PB-12 underbody scraper blade must also include descriptive literature that will demonstrate product equivalency. Central Contractor Registration (CCR): Lack of CCR registration will make an offer ineligible for award.
