Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is issued for Request for Quotations (RFQ) # F1R305230A100. This solicitation document & incorporated provisions & clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-03. Offers are due to the 7th Contracting Squadron, 381 3rd St, Dyess AFB, TX 79607 not later than 4:30 PM central standard time on 20 September 2005. This procurment is not set-aside for small business and will be issued for full and open competition due to the ?non-manufacturer rule? as defined IAW FAR 19.001. The NIACS Code is 334511 with a size standard of 750 employees. Request to purchase EQUAL TO OR BETTER THAN, 1 EA AN/ARC 210 Radio. All items must be fully compatable with the AN/ARC 210 Radio. Specific components included with the AN/ARC 210 Radio are: 1 EA RT-1851 (C), Warrior; 1EA MT-6567, Hard Mount; 1EA C-12561A, Control, NVG, SATCOM; MX-11641, 1 EA LPA/Diplexer; NTN, 3 EA Connector Kits; 1 EA AV-2011 Trivec Avant Ground SATCOM Antenna; 1 EA 938K-4 LOS Antenna. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated in this synopsis/solicitation by reference and cab be found on http://farsite.hill.af.mil . This award will be made on the basis of lowest cost, technically acceptable.
