- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration, (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Top Layer Networks, Inc., Westboro, MA. Top Layer Network will be providing a single unit Top Layer manufactured Data Collection Filtering Device (DCFD) Remote Distribution Device (RDD) with a 1 gigabit ethernet and 16 fast ethernet ports with remote data distribution software (RDD) version 2.10 and a one year software subscription service for RDD software. A justification for other than full and open competition is on file. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be acknowledged. The determination to open competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquires will be accepted. See Note 22.
