- Description
- The US Department of Agriculture, Western Intergrated Cropping Systems research unit, Shafter, Ca. has a requirment for a Carl Zeiss Stereo Discovery V12 microscope. The system will consist of the basic microscope, transmitted light, camera system, and fluorescence capability. The microscope's high resolution .414 and auto scale bar encoder and calibrator is the main contributing factor for the facilities decision. A RFQ is not available for this requirment. The USDA intends on negotiating with the only known source Carl Zeiss Microimaging, Inc.
