- NSN 6135-01-501-0833; PR: RPG05186001846; Battery, Non-rechargeable. An Unrestricted Technical Data Package (TDP) exists for this NSN. Contractor First Article Testing (CFAT) is required; Contractor FAT test plan shall be sent 30 days from contract award date prior to production; Contractor FAT quantity shall be 140 batteries and 55 cells. Government First Article Testing (GFAT) is required; Government test samples shall be submitted 30 days from contract award date prior to production; Government FAT quantity shall be 56 batteries and 2 cell strings. Safety Assesment Report (SAR) to be sent 30 days from contract award date; see solicitation for exact details. Independent Government Production Testing shall be provided with each shipment. CDRL's are applicable - see solicitation for exact details. 100% Quantity Option included in solicitation. Purchase request is intended to be awarded as a Firm, Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract. Government requires a phased delivery of 2,000 pcs. 60 days after FAT approval, or, if FAT is waived 60 DARO, 2,000 pcs. 90 days after FAT approval, or if FAT is waived 90 DARO, and balance of 1,000 pcs. 120 days after FAT approval, or if FAT is waived 120 DARO - See solicitation for exact details. Origin inspection I/A/W QAP004. FOB Destination. Electronic offers are not acceptable. ALL offerors must submit a completed solicitation package, including any and all applicable documentation. Failure to submit required documentation and/or pricing will be considered non-responsive and may result in the rejection of offer.
