- This information is for solicitation SP0100-05-R-0115. The item description is TROUSERS, MAN?S, POLY/WOOL GABARDINE, SKY BLUE MC SHADE 2319. The applicable NSN for this procurement is 8405-01-280-01059(s). The military specification is MIL-T-29452A dated 18 March 1994 and pattern dated 5/30/1986. The purchase quantity is minimum $588,697.20/maximum $980,834.40 with a base and (4) one year option periods. There are 44 sizes with 12 deliveries for New Cumberland, PA and Austin, TX. Production lead time is 120 days after date of award. All materials used in the fabrication of the end item are to be furnished by the contractor with the exception of the basic fabric (cloth, poly/wool gabardine 10.6 oz 60? width, type II, class 12, Sky Blue MC shade 2319, mothproof, sponged, NSN 8305-01-248-0977) which will be provided as government furnished material(GFM). This solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside that will result in a firm fixed price contract. This is a best value acquisition with Source Selection Procedures. The following factors will be utilized in descending order of importance: Production Demonstration Model (PDM), Experience/Past Performance, and DLA Mentoring Business Agreement.
