- ISSUE DATE: 09/29/05. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to provide Preventative Maintenance Services and Emergency Service Calls to six U.S. Coast Guard locations as follows: USCG Station Montauk, Montauk, NY; USCG Station Shinnecock, Hampton Bays, NY; USCG Sector Field Office Moriches, East Moriches, NY; USCG Station Fire Island, Babylon, NY; USCG Station Jones Beach, Freeport, NY; and USCG Station Eatons Neck, Northport, NY. The work includes, but is not limited to, performing three basic preventive maintenance services for each of the six locations during a 12 month period (spring, summer, fall); repair services; and emergency service calls. There is also an optional item for performing semi-annual preventive maintenance services on kitchen ventilation equipment and fire suppression system at five of the six locations (USCG Sector Field Office Moriches is excluded from the optional item). The solicitation is for one base year (date of award through 9/30/06) with four (4) one (1) year options. The estimated cost range of this project is $250,000 to $500,000, inclusive of options. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 09/29/05 and will be issued subject to the availability of FY06 funds. The date for receipt of offer is scheduled for 10/21/05 at 11:00 am. This solicitation is unrestricted and will be issued as a commercial item. Award will be based on best value, price and technical factors considered. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 and the size standard is $12.0 million. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
