Description

The United States Coast Guard, MLC Atlantic intends to purchase parts for Appleton Marine Hydraulic Crane in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The hydraulic Marine Parts required fitting the proper operation of the crane aboard the Island class Patrol Boat CGC CHANDELEUR. The crane parts are being purchased to support the Island Class Cutters. Quotes are due September 19, 2005 12:00pm EDT. The RFQ number is HSCG80-05-Q-3FAY53. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the EPS system for RFQ information and all subsequent amendments. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333120 ? Construction Machinery Manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 700 employees. The Crane Parts will be and delivered F.O.B. Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Yard, CG Yard Industrial, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. The Appleton hydraulic crane parts shall be delivered 17 Feb 2005. The parts shall be packed, packaged and marked in accordance with commercial standards. The OEM's best standard commercial warranty is requested and shall be identified in the bidder's quote.
