- RFQ FA8601-05-T-0257 ********************************************************** 13 Sept: Size standard has been changed to 500 employees. ********************************************************** This is a request for quotations (RFQ) for commercial installation of contractor-provided projector equipment at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. No other solicitation or announcement will be made. This RFQ is issued under simplified acquisition procedures using the authority of FAR 13.5. SET ASIDE: 100% small business set-aside. All small businesses are encouraged to participate in this procurement. The size standard for this effort is 500 employees. SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 14 September 2004, from 0900 thru 1100 hours. NAICS: 423410 FSC: N099 DELIVERY: To be negotiated with the requiring activity. The attached RFQ shows a preliminary delivery date of no later than “30 days after date of contract.” Please provide your payment terms and any discounts you are offering. AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable Offeror. QUOTATIONS: Submit your quotation to Brandy Epperson at brandy.epperson@wpafb.af.mil.
