- Description
- The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Regional Development Mission Asia, Afghanistan Procurement Support Office, has issued an RFQ on behalf of USAID/Afghanistan to holders of particular GSA schedule contracts for a project entitled the Alternative Livelihoods Program, a major component of the U.S. Government's assistance to the Government of Afghanistan's (GOA) counter-narcotics strategy. GSA schedule holders may access the RFQ by logging onto GSA's E-Buy website which can be accessed at http://www.gsaadvantage.gov or http://www.ebuy.gsa.gov.
