- Description
- The Office of Naval Research is soliciting proposals for a prototype demonstrator of an Intermediate Transfer Station (ITS). The prototype will serve as proof of concept for an interface between Sea Base connectors and the Sea Base. See attached BAA for complete information. The solicitation is also available at www.onr.navy.mil/02/baa. Full proposals are due no later than 2:00pm (eastern daylight time) on 30 September 2005. Although full proposals are due on 30 September 2005, this BAA will remain open until 04 April 2008 since contractors will be required to submit a second, more detailed cost proposal for Phase II. Only contractors who were awarded a Phase I contract will be considered for Phase II. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-AUG-2005).
