- The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) intends to award one single-source, Firm-Fixed Price Contract to each of the following: Hussman Corporation, Tyler Refrigeration, Hill-Phoenix and Kysor-Warren to furnish (match existing) and install replacement shelving for the following manufacturer's chill and/or frozen food cases: HUSSMAN MDLs: RL- 3, 4 & 5 Door; M5, P2 and D5H TYLER MDLs: N4M, N6DH 8/12, L6DH, DDCH 8/12, N6DH12, N5MG12, L6DH12A, N6DH12, L6DH8/12A, L6DH8/12, N5FG, N5FG3/5A, L5FG3, T5FG3, N5FG5A, L5FG5A, 1G6/10, T5FG, N5FG5A, T5FG3/5A, FFJ8/12, LSF3/5, N5FG HILL-PHOENIX MDLs: O5DM12, 05DM8/12, ORZ3/5, 5LM-12RK, ZER3 KYSOR-WARREN MDLs: D6MI-8U, LV5HF1-5U, LV5HF1-4U, LV5HF1-3U If any source is capable of satisfying this requirement, you are invited to submit clear and convincing data substantiating your capability to satisfy this requirement. The period of performance will be October 11, 2005 through November 18, 2005. The RFQ will be posted on FedBizOpps (FB)) at www.fedbizopps;.gov. The SIC is 2426, the NAICS code is 337215 & the size standard is 500 for this requirement. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the solicitation at the FBO site. Notice: this is a new requirement and there is no previous pricing history. A determination by DeCA not to compete this proposed procurement on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this synopsis is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
