- AMOUNT OF SPACE: The U.S. Government will lease a total of 5,376 contiguous BOMA usable square feet and twelve (12) outside parking spaces at 1901 Assembly Street under other than full and open competition based on the determination that this is within the best interest of the U.S. Government. This space is available for use by a Tenant Agency for personnel, furnishings and equipment. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Lease will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm with the Government having cancellation privileges after five (5) years.
