Description
NAICS Code: 611430 Provide a one (1) Day Exercise of applications for CO2 Sequestration Training for as many as 15 State and 15 Federal Student participants with several observers from around the Nation. The training is Scheduled for November 29, 2005 from 8:00 am to 6 pm, at 1445 Ross Ave, Dallas, Texas 75202, accordance with the attached Statement of Work. 1. Experience: This factor refers to the Vedsor's technical expertise and corporate abilities to perform the tasks that are relevant to the training. The vendor shall address the following: 1a. Experience in planning and conducting training exercises of the type and nature of the training sought. 1b. Ability of Vendor to work with EPA in development of a training exercise crafted to train the regulatory agencies on prudent measures of permit CO2 injection. 1c. Experience to draw upon the experience of a world wide spectrum of professional petroleum engineers to develop a course on CO2 sequestration. 1d. A description of the Vendor's strategic position to accumulate and disseminate information of the subject of CO2 injection. 2. Personnel: This factor refers to the availability, competency, pertinent education, and related experience of the Vendor's personnel involved in this training. Vendor shall address the following" 2a. The proposed number of personnel assigned to this project. 2b Clearly state the qualifications, experiences and abilities of the personnel to meet the requirement of the statement of work. 2c. Credentials of the vendor and staff, including awards and honors. 3. Past Performance: The vendor should provide a brief history of any similar training exercises. 3a. The vendor should submit documentation for Two (2) sample projects planned and presented from start to finish, point of contact, including telephone numbers and a brief explanation of work performed, the candidates shall also identify the names and types of other projects completed, training/workshop planning experience is preferred. 4. Cost: Although this is a best value proposal, cost will be a determining factor. All quotes shall include cost for travel, including airfare and per diem. All travel at first class or business class is not authorized and will not be reimbursed.
