Description: Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration intends to acquire on a sole-source basis to 1125 15th Street, LLC, 1120 Vermont Ave, NW, Suite 900, Washington DC for fourteen (14) spaces located at Treasury Inspector General Headquarters location of 1125 15th Street, NW, Washington DC. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Substitutions will not be accepted.
