Cimtech is the only authorized reseller for Stratasys. therefore under authority FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not Request For Competative Proposals. A Firmed Fixed Price wil be awarded prior to 30 Sep 2005.
