- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fpo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil . While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The following is a synopsis under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The quotation number is N00178-05-Q-1291 and is a request for quotation. All interested parties shall be considered by Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren VA 22448-5100. All offerors must be advised that they must be active in the Central Contractor Registration database at http://www.ccr.gov before award can be made. The Government intends to procure, on a Sole-Source basis to Tracewell Systems, Inc. the following: Qty 5 Tracewell CP201CS Workstations 510-1085-F000-00 Rev R4 U/M EA. The requirement is sole sourced due to Fleet requirements and compatibility of existing equipment. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334111 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The order shall be a firm fixed price order. Delivery shall be made within fourteen weeks of award to CDSA Dam Neck, 1922 Regulus Avenue, Virginia Beach, Virginia. FOB Destination Shall apply. Offer is due 21 September 2005 no later than 2 p.m. (local NSWCDD time) to: Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Building 183, First Floor, Room 102, Dahlgren VA 22448-5100, Attn XDS117, with faxed copies acceptable.
