- Description
- The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Quantum Design Inc. The contractor shall recondition a NSWCCD owned Physical Properties Measurement System (PPMS). Quantum Design is the manufacturer of the PPMS. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
