Description
The U.S Navy has a requirement too add additional scope to Annex B Requirements associated with the Multi-mission Maritime Aircraft, P-8A. In support of this requirement, the Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate an increase to the Cost-Plus-Award-Fee CLIN under contract N00019-04-C-3146 with The Boeing Company, PO BOX 3707, 7755 East Marginal Way, Seattle, Washington 98124-2499. This increase to the CPAF CLIN will be awarded on a sole-source basis to The Boeing Company, which is the only known source with the knowledge, experience, and proprietary technical data required to perform these tasks within the necessary time fram.
