- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation can be downloaded from http://www.procurement.msc.navy.mil/Contract/Welcome.jsp or an e-mail request to the POC. Sealift Logistics Command, Pacific (SEALOGPAC) requirements request services to perform the following work required (SEE STATEMENT OF WORK). This requirement is totally set-aside to small business.
