Description

PRESERVE MESH FENCE: The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, supplies and materials required to construct approximately 34,626 feet or 6.558 miles of welded mesh fence. The work shall include, but is not limited to, tying the fence to T-posts for support, creating no more than 164 fence corners, installing two (2 EA) walk-through gates and all other requirements in the forthcoming Solicitation. This requirement is Total HUBZone Set-Aside. The estimated price range for this work is between $100,000 and $200,000. The NAICS code for this work is 238990 and the Period of Performance is 60 calendar days from the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed. Bonding will be required as follows: 1) Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price; 2) Payment Bond - 100% of the contract price; 3) Performance Bond - 100% of the contract price. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about September 28, 2005. In order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, Contractors are required to register or update their registrations at the Central Contractor Registration website (www.ccr.gov) and the Online Representation and Certification Application website (http://orca.bpn.gov)
