- USAMRAA intends to make an award to the Iowa Foundation for Medical Care (IFMC) for the following services: a current web-based portal system for data entry, data warehousing, data reporting, data exporting, and support and collaboration with Colora do Health Outcomes and the Tricare Management Activity staff. IFMC created the database for the NSQIP requirement. The NSQIP program is still in pilot phase. Market research was conducted to determine if other sources could meet the needs of this requirem ent. Due to the time constraint, required DITSCAP certifications, data systems required to support NSQIP, and inside knowledge of the requirement, it was determined that IFMC was the only vendor that could support this requirement during the pilot phase. Responses must be received by 1000 hours 28 September 2005.
