- PRE-HOSPITAL TRAUMA LIFE SUPPORT TEXTBOOKS/MANUALS This is a notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), 2107 17TH Street Suite 68, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-5068 to award a purchase order for non-personal services for the U.S. Army Medical Department Center and School/Defense Medical Readiness Training Institute, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, to Harcourt, Inc orporated, 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Orlando, Florida 32887-0001 to provide Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support textbook/manuals for instructors and select students attending training. This is a sole source procurement. It is anticipated that solicitation W81 K04-05-T-0025 will be released on or about 14 September 2005. CHCC intends to negotiate only with Harcourt, Incorporated under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), however any offers from interested parties will be considered. Award will be made on or ab out 20 September 2005. The performance period will be 1 October 2005 through 30 September 2006. Point of contact is Mr. John B.
