- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA announces its intentions to award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to Transformational Security LLC 17001 Science Drive Suite 106, Bowie MD 20715 for the purchase of following items: 01: Single Channel GSM/CDMA Receiver, 02: GSM Software/License for GSM/CDMA Receiver, 03: Pocket PC Controller for GSM/CDMA w/software, 04: GSM Direction Finding(DF) Antenna w/for & rev DF Capability, 05: Magnetic Mount Antenna for CDMA, 06: Magnetic Moun t Antenna GSA, 07: 10W Power Amp Kit, 08: PC Controller Software CDMA w/laptop, 09: PC Controller for GSM Software w/o laptop, 10: Geolocation Sofware. 11: GPS Geolocation hot-shoe module w/ camcorder 12: Mobile Backpack Concelament system w/microphones op tic video bd cameras & mobile VCR F/U/W, GSM/CDMA, 13:Video/Audio collection kit w/concelable microphones & multi-field of view camera system 14: Aud/Vid Install tradecraft kit 15: Long range digital camera kit w/vibration reduction lens 16: Training 5 day s on site in Belgium w/3 instructors. NO PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, OR A REQUEST FOR OFFERS. This is a Notice of Intent.
