Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F3Z3455228A100, is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-005 and Defense DCN 20050901. The solicitation listed here is 100% small business set aside. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6350. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5044. The North American Industry Classification System is 423420 and the associated business size standard is 500 employees. This request for quotation consists of the following: Item 0001- 288 ALARMED LOCATIONS KEY BOX. 1 EACH. Item 0002- 240 ALARMED LOCATIONS BOX, 3 EACH. Item 0003- 192 ALARMED LOCATIONS KEY BOX, 2 EACH. Item 0004- 144 ALARMED LOCATIONS KEY BOX, 1 EACH. Item 0005- 2 DAY ON-SITE FACTORY TRAINING. Item 0006- FREIGHT. Delivery to Travis AFB shall be completed within 30 days after receipt of order.
