- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FTUT5166A1. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-01 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change notice 20050222. It is the offeror?s responsbility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This procurement is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 441229 and the size standard of 500 employees applies to this procurement. The requirement is to purchase the following items for the Luke Air Force Base: CLIN 0001 ? (2) each 2005 GEM e2 2 passenger NEV; CLIN 0002 ? (2) each - Color Upgrades, metallic blue and metallic green; CLIN 0003 ? (2) each swivel pack; CLIN 0004 ? (2) each scuff guards; CLIN 0005 ? (2) each 12 Volt Accessory Plug; CLIN 0006 ? (2) each Chrome front bumper; CLIN 0007 ? (2) each sealed Gell batteries; CLIN 0008 ? (1) each GEM eS, Small Utility Vehicle; CLIN 0009 ? (1) each Color upgrade: Metallic Silver; CLIN 0010 ? (1) each Scuff Guards; CLIN 0011 ? (1) each 12 Volt Accessory Plug; CLIN 0012 ? (1) each Chrome Front Bumper; CLIN 0013 ? (1) each Stake Rail Kit, eS; CLIN 0014 ? (1) each Sealed Gel Battery; CLIN 0015 ? (1) each Freight. This requirement is for delivery FOB Destination to Bldg 1370, Luke Air Force Base, Arizona 85309.
