- Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number F3C3L35242A100 is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. (iv) Notice: This solicitation is unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 333112 with a size standard not to exceed 750 employees. (v) Contract line items: Item 0001 ? 2 each ? Blowerhead Assembly (complete) P/N 186823OU or approved equal. (vi) Item Description is as follows: Blower Head Assembly (complete) or approved equal. (vii) Delivery is to be completed by 1 November 2005. Place of delivery is 5 LRS/LGRVM, Attn: Mr. John Horn, 309 Summit Drive, Minot AFB, ND 58705. Delivery and acceptance is FOB Destination. (viii) The provision of 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is price and price related factors. (x) Offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with offer (see attachments). (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (xii) Clause52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition: 52.222-19, 21, 26, 35, 36, 37, - 52.225-1, - 52.232-33, - 52.219-6, 252.232-7003. (xvi) All sources must submit a quote with required Offeror Representations and Certifications by 5:00 pm Central Standard Time on Monday, 19 September 2005.
